The Beaches Realty Group has successfully served area homebuyers and sellers since 1994. Owner Katherine (Kathy) Karr-Garcia (RE licensed since 1984) has built a firm that is focused on providing a "one-stop-shop" atmosphere for all Real Estate transactions. She does this by not only facilitating purchases and sales of real property, but she has 20 years experience in also assisting homebuyers and existing homeowners, with their financing arrangements. Kathy's previously dual-licensed status, as a Realtor and a (previously) Mortgage Broker, has been the catalyst which allows her to offer an innovative insight in a very competitive industry.
